From city venues to farm weddings across the province, our production is planned around local realities — travel times, power at rural venues, Highveld weather and the acoustics of real Free State halls.
Events beyond the Free State are planned and quoted with travel included.

Straight answers
Asked before every event.
How early should we book?
As soon as your date and venue are fixed. Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most events; we can occasionally move faster. Peak-season Saturdays — especially November and December — book out first.
Do you visit the venue beforehand?
Yes, wherever possible. We check access, power, acoustics and rigging points in advance, and we speak to the venue directly about load-in and sound limits. Surprises on event day are a planning failure, not bad luck.
Can you cover both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes — one team, one plan. Ceremony sound with discreet microphones, then reception DJ, speeches and dance-floor production. Nothing has to be re-hired or re-explained between the two.
Can you work with a venue’s existing equipment?
Often, yes. We test house systems before relying on them, supplement where they fall short, and bring our own where the room needs it. You get one technical plan either way.
What happens if equipment fails during the event?
Backup playback and control paths are part of every rig we deploy, and critical items carry spares. Failures are handled by switching over — usually before anyone in the room notices.
Do you travel outside Bloemfontein?
We cover the whole Free State as standard, and travel further by arrangement. Travel is quoted openly as part of your proposal — no hidden callout arithmetic afterwards.
