ALT Events is a Bloemfontein production company built on a simple contract: the client gets a calm, senior-led show — and the next generation of Free State crew gets properly trained inside it.
The model

Every ALT Events production is led by an experienced senior technician who is accountable for the result.
Around that lead, we field trained, vetted production crew from our development pipeline — people learning the industry properly, inside real events, under direct supervision. You are never the training exercise: the senior plan carries the show, and emerging crew earn their place in it.
This model gives you two things at once — the reliability of an experienced production team, and the energy and scale of a company growing Bloemfontein’s next generation of event professionals.

Planning before equipment
No rig is quoted before the venue, programme and crowd are understood. The plan comes first; the equipment list serves it.
One accountable lead
Every event has a named senior lead who owns the technical result — before, during and after the show.
Tested before doors
Systems are built and checked before guests arrive. Soundcheck is not something your audience should ever witness.
Backup on critical signals
Playback, control and key microphones carry a second path. A single cable should never be able to stop a moment.
Clean, low-profile crew
Smart, unobtrusive presentation. The crew is there to run the event, not to be part of it.
Honest communication
Clear quotations, realistic promises and early warning when something needs a decision. No surprises on the invoice or the day.
Respect for the room
Venues are partners. Load-in times, sound limits and house rules are honoured — and we leave every space as we found it.
